Barcode at the till

Scan it, and the item is in the basket.

Each variant has its own barcode. You scan with a handheld scanner or the tablet’s camera, and the till finds the item in its local catalogue, even without internet.

  • EAN-8, EAN-13 and UPC-A, plus your own in-house codes
  • Barcode per variant in the item master
  • Unknown code: the basket stays as it is and the till lets you know

Items & stock

You know what’s on the shelf.

Items with photo, variants and item number. Every sale updates the stock, and whatever falls below minimum stock is marked.

  • Variants with their own price, tax rate per product group
  • Stocktaking and goods receipt with differences
  • Sales carry on even if stock goes negative

Purchasing

Reorder without writing the list by hand.

From stock, minimum stock and target stock, KassaOne works out a suggestion per supplier, in whole packs. You approve it and send it by email.

  • Suppliers with pack sizes, prices and lead time
  • Order status from draft to goods receipt
  • Import incoming invoices as e-invoices

Regulars

Whoever comes back collects on their phone.

A stamp card with no app and no cardboard. You sell and redeem vouchers at the same till, in part amounts too.

  • Reward as a free item or amount off
  • Scan the customer card by code at the till
  • Data export and anonymisation per customer

What’s still missing

  • There’s no online shop.
  • There are no direct supplier interfaces; orders go out by email.
  • The real TSE and card payment are built but haven’t been tested against the real services.
