Job board

You see what’s happening in the workshop right now.

From the intake dialogue to billing, every job moves across the board. Filter by mechanic, spot what’s due today, drag it onwards.

Vehicle file

Every car has its history in one file.

Plate, VIN, key numbers, mileage, inspection date and all previous jobs. If someone asks what was done last time, you have the answer straight away.

Parts catalogue

Your price list becomes your parts catalogue.

Upload your wholesaler’s price list as a CSV or Excel file and assign the columns. After that you can find any part in a job by number, EAN or name, with its stock.

  • Preview and dry run with an error list before anything is saved
  • German and English number formats, markup on the purchase price for rows without a sale price
  • Stock is deducted as soon as the job is marked “Done”

Billing

The job becomes the invoice, as an e-invoice too.

Labour and parts are already in the job. You create the invoice, as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD if needed, and export to DATEV at the end of the month.

Till

Anyone who wants to pay cash pays at the till.

You’ll find finished jobs at the till by plate, job number or customer. Items and prices come from the job and are locked, and the receipt is a normal sale.

  • Total and tax per rate match the job to the cent
  • Invoice or till: a job can only be billed one of the two ways
  • Voiding the receipt resets the job

What’s still missing

  • An external parts catalogue such as TecDoc isn’t connected. Search works with your own catalogue from imported price lists.
  • Garage jobs can only be paid at the till while online, not in offline mode.
  • Small businesses under the VAT exemption and other tax types go through the invoice, not the till.
  • The repair order, cost approval and reminder texts still need a legal review.
